Dynamic Strength

Dynamic Strength combines the fun and energy of a group class with individual attention.  It's designed to improve your level of health and fitness including: 

  • strength
  • flexibility
  • cardiovasulcar endurance
  • balance
  • coordination
  • agility
  • confidence
  • self-esteem

You'll receive personal coaching on proper form, effective breathing, and training on each exercise.  Various fitness modalities include free weights, exercise balls, bands, Bosu, slide board, treadmill, aerobic dance, elliptical trainer, calisthenics - even hula hoops and more!

Spirited music will keep you moving, and sharing time with like-minded participants will energize and uplift you.  You'll always leave feeling better than when you arrived!

Drop in = $30/class

Pay-in-advance 8 classes = $200

Pay-in-advance unlimited = $300

Note: all prepaid classes must be used by the end of the 2-month semester.

Class size is limited to 6 participants.
