Personal Training
Private and semi-private sessions include instruction and education in:

Yoga
Private instruction and affordable group classes are available.  Reduce stress, move your body and feel great!  Go to the Yoga tab for more information and current listing of group classes. Consider celebrating a holiday, special event or birthday with a yoga party!

Dynamic Strength
Affordable, small group classes work your body - improving strength, aerobic capacity and flexibility.  Set to music, it's dynamic and fun!  Class size is limited to 6 participants. Read more and get the current schedule by clicking the Dynamic Strength tab.

Create Your Own Class
Assemble a group of friends or colleagues and design your own class to improve health and fitness.  Combine various fitness modalities for variety and fun. 

Functional Movement Screening (FMS)
FMS is a ranking and grading system that documents movement patterns that are key to normal function. By screening these patterns, we can identify functional limitations and asymmetries of your own movement patterns. These are issues that can reduce the effects of fitness training and physical conditioning and distort body awareness.

The FMS generates the Functional Movement Screen Score, which is used to target problems and track progress. This scoring system is directly linked to the most beneficial corrective exercises to restore mechanically sound movement patterns.

We will monitor your FMS score to track progress and to identify those exercises that will be most effective to restore your proper movement and build your strength.
