Class Schedule & Fees

 

Studio hours:

Monday thru Thursday 6am-7pm
Friday 6am-noon
Closed Saturday and Sunday

The studio will be closed on Monday, September 6th.

Personal training and private yoga can be scheduled on a week-to-week basis,
or you may make standing appointments within the hours noted above.

Dynamic Strength Fees*

Drop-in = $30/class
Prepay 8 classes = $200
Prepay unlimited = $320
 

Yoga Fees*

Drop-in = $20/class ($15 for seniors)
Prepay 7 classes = $105 ($70 for seniors)
Prepay 8 classes = $120 ($80 for seniors)
Prepay unlimited = $200 ($150 for seniors)

* You may make up missed classes by attending any group class
on the schedule during the same semester.

*Please note:  all prepaid fees must be used by the end of the semester;
any unused money will be forfeited.
